LIMITED EDITION FINE ART PRINTS
Limited edition of 100 prints. Signed and individually numbered by Tony Pearce. Certificate of Authenticity included.
ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This charcoal and graphite study of a view of the pine trees at Ongare Point in New Zealand. New Zealand has no true native pine trees but has widely grown introduced pine species and native conifers that locals often call "pines."
The gnarled bark and variety of tree textures were a delight to draw. I did several studies on-site and finished the drawing in my studio.
